Two people denied Jesus the night before His death: Judas & Peter. Both wept for their mistake.
What was the difference between the two?
Judas turned away from God & judged himself. Peter repented, went back to God, & let Him forgive & restore him.
Never underestimate the power of Jesus to forgive & restore.
God never changes his mind about the people he calls. He never decides to take back the blessings he has given them.
— Romans 11:29
There is no distance between you and God. His Holy Spirit lives and dwells in you. When you feel like He’s far, it’s just the enemy trying to convince you that He is, but He hasn’t and He never will. From the moment you accepted Him into your heart, until you meet Jesus in heaven, He will be by your side in every moment. He hears you when you speak to Him, and He is faithful to answer. He is with you child, forever and ever.
I prayed. Not that God would get you out of the house, but that God will help you stay strong in the place He’s put you in. I prayed that God will accomplish his will for your life. If you stay in the house you’re in, there’s an ultimate purpose for it. But I did pray that if it is God’s will to have you out, I prayed God would open an opportunity for you to leave.
